Terms & Conditions

• All prices are estimates and may be adjusted following assessment of the property.

• In rare cases where a property is significantly more time-consuming or heavily soiled than expected, an additional charge of up to 30% may apply.

• A 5% fee will apply if you wish to cancel your booking. Canceling very close to a clean can result in a 50% charge of the price.

• Payment is due upon arrival of the clean unless otherwise agreed.

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

• For Move In/Move Out and End of Tenancy Cleans, the property should be as empty and clutter-free as possible.

• ACE Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or stop a clean if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or present a risk to staff or property.

• Customers must notify ACE Cleaning of any fragile, valuable, antique, or damaged items before the clean begins.

• While every care is taken when cleaning your property, ACE Cleaning cannot accept responsibility for damage to items that are fragile, unstable, improperly secured, defective, or have pre-existing damage.

• In the unlikely event that ACE Cleaning is responsible for accidental damage, liability shall be limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the affected item with an equivalent item of similar age, condition, and value.

• Any damage, breakages, or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the clean being completed.

• We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

• By booking a service with ACE Cleaning, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
