Move In Cleaning for 4 Br, 2.5 Ba Home

The home we are requesting this cleaning for was previously occupied by renters and, as such, it needs a thorough deep cleaning, especially inside all kitchen and bathroom drawers and cabinets and inside all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, and fridge/freezer), to ensure the home is clean and sanitized before we bring in our family. Overall, the home is in decent shape and all furniture has already been moved out, but during our walk through, we noticed these detailed areas were NOT cleaned at all. We are expecting to close on this home within the next 45 days and want to set up a deep cleaning prior to our moving in, but after we close and secure the keys. Our timeline, for that reason, is not very clear at the moment. The earliest we'd expect to close and secure keys at this time is August 10.
