Adele Cleaning Agency Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used as payment for eligible cleaning services booked via our online booking system. Gift card balances are not transferable between customers, accounts or other gift cards and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. When the value of a booking is greater than the remaining balance on the gift card, the person placing the booking will be required to pay the outstanding difference using an accepted payment method. Where the booking value is lower than the available balance, any unused credit will remain on the gift card and can be applied to a future eligible booking. All bookings remain subject to our usual availability. Purchasing or holding a gift card does not guarantee the availability of a specific service, appointment date, time or cleaner. Any extras, additional services or other charges exceeding the available gift card credit must be paid separately. To use a gift card, the unique gift card code must be entered when making a booking through our online booking form. Please keep your code safe and confidential. We are unable to accept responsibility for gift card codes that are lost, stolen or used by another person without permission. Gift card purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Any credit held on a gift card cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another gift card. If a booking paid wholly or partly with gift card credit is cancelled and qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the portion originally paid using the gift card will be credited back to the gift card rather than refunded in cash.
