Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed via our website, app, email, or phone.
- Payment is due before the clean.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of service cost applies.
- No-shows: full service cost applies.
Your Home & Belongings
- Please secure pets and valuables.
- Our cleaners take care, but we aren’t responsible for fragile items left out.
Complaints
- Raise any issues within 24 hours.
- We’ll resolve fairly with a refund, discount, or re-clean if needed.
Privacy
- We follow UK GDPR rules and only use your info for bookings and payments.
Other Info
- Terms may be updated—continued use of services means you accept them.
- Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
