Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed via our website, app, email, or phone.
  • Payment is due before the clean.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of service cost applies.
  • No-shows: full service cost applies.

Your Home & Belongings

  • Please secure pets and valuables.
  • Our cleaners take care, but we aren’t responsible for fragile items left out.

Complaints

  • Raise any issues within 24 hours.
  • We’ll resolve fairly with a refund, discount, or re-clean if needed.

Privacy

  • We follow UK GDPR rules and only use your info for bookings and payments.

Other Info

  • Terms may be updated—continued use of services means you accept them.
  • Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
