We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our cleaners, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: No charges will apply, and you may reschedule at a convenient time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost will be applied.
No-shows: If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
