Cancellation Policy

At Divine Touch Sparkles Ltd, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked cleaning service.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
  
  

• If the cleaner is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time, this will be treated as a late cancellation, and the same fee may apply.
  
  

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and fairly allocate time to all clients.
