Cancellation policy

At Ramos Quality Cleaning Service, we value both your time and ours.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the property may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

• If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to excessive clutter, unsafe conditions, or lack of utilities, a service fee may still apply.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
