We totally understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to someone else.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as we’ve already set aside the time and resources for your clean.
