What is included in your cleaning service?

Our cleaning services are tailored to the property and the type of clean booked. We typically cover kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, surfaces, skirting boards and other accessible areas. The exact tasks included can vary by service, so please check the service checklist and booking options for full details.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

No. We bring the professional cleaning products and equipment required for the service. If specialist access equipment is needed, such as a ladder for high or difficult-to-reach areas, this must be provided by the customer unless agreed with us in advance.

How much does professional cleaning cost?

The cost depends on the size and condition of the property, the service selected and any additional cleaning options required. Our current prices are shown on the service page, and you can use our online booking form to select your requirements and calculate the exact booking price.

How long does a professional cleaning service take?

Cleaning time depends on the size, layout and condition of the property, as well as the work included in your booking. Larger properties, heavier build-up and additional services may require more time. We recommend allowing sufficient access to the property so the team can complete the booked work properly.

Do I need to be at the property during the cleaning?

No, you do not normally need to remain at the property while we clean. You can arrange suitable access with us in advance, including key collection or another agreed access method where available. Please make sure we can enter the property at the scheduled time.

Do you offer a deposit back guarantee for End of Tenancy Cleaning?

Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is designed to help prepare the property for the final landlord or letting agent inspection. Where a deposit back guarantee is offered, the applicable terms and conditions will be confirmed as part of the service. The final return of a tenancy deposit remains the decision of the landlord, letting agent or deposit protection scheme.

What is included in a professional Deep Cleaning service?

Deep Cleaning provides a more intensive clean than routine domestic cleaning, with greater attention to built-up dirt, grease, dust and areas that may not receive detailed cleaning regularly. The exact work depends on the service options selected, property size and condition, with additional cleaning tasks available where required.

What is included in After Builders Cleaning?

After Builders Cleaning focuses on removing the dust, residue and general mess left after building, renovation or refurbishment work. The service is intended to prepare the property for normal use after the contractors have finished, with the exact cleaning requirements depending on the size and condition of the property and the work completed.

Does the condition of the property affect the cleaning price?

Yes. The condition of the property can affect the amount of work required and, where condition-based pricing is available, the booking price. Properties with heavier dirt, grease, dust or build-up may require a more intensive clean than properties in lighter condition. Select the option that best reflects the property when booking.

How do you ensure a high standard of cleaning?

We focus on consistent cleaning standards, attention to detail and completing the work selected as part of your booking. Our aim is to provide a professional and reliable cleaning service that customers can trust, with every property treated with care and respect. If you have any specific cleaning requirements, these can be discussed before the service so expectations are clear from the start.
