HQ Cleaning Group Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be redeemed towards eligible cleaning services booked through our online booking form. Gift card credit cannot be transferred to another person, account or gift card, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase another gift card. If the total cost of a booking exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by the person making the booking using one of the available payment methods. If the booking total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining credit will stay available on the gift card for future eligible bookings. Gift cards are subject to service availability and do not guarantee a particular date, time, service or cleaner. Any additional services, extras or charges not covered by the available gift card balance must be paid separately. Gift cards must be redeemed using the unique gift card code through our online booking form. Codes should be kept secure and must not be shared publicly. We cannot accept responsibility for gift card codes that are lost, stolen or used without the cardholder’s permission. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Gift card credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.
