This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Affiliate", "Broker", or "you") and Cleanwich ("we", "our", or "the Company"). By registering as an affiliate on our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate programme, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

2. Referral and Commission

You will receive a commission for each cleaning provider who registers using your unique referral code and tops up their account. The commission amount and percentage are set by the Company and may be changed at any time with notice.

3. Payouts

Commission payouts will be made via bank transfer (BACS) upon your request, subject to meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold. You are responsible for ensuring your banking details are correct.

4. Compliance and Conduct

You agree not to engage in misleading, unethical, or illegal marketing practices. Any abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or creating fake accounts, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions and outstanding approved earnings will be paid according to our standard schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the previous 12 months.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Affiliate Agreement.
