Hi, I’m getting my 3 bed flat in Stirling ready to go on the market and wondered if you’d be able to help with cleaning at two stages – as it is probably in need of a end of tenancy clean, but there are some ongoing works coming up. First, I’d like an initial deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom – including inside and outside of the fridge, oven, hob, extractor and cupboards, plus a thorough clean of the bathroom. Then I’d like you to come back probably late February, once painting and new carpets are finished, to do a final visit before the estate agent photos – mainly hoovering and dusting throughout and a light refresh of the kitchen and bathroom so it’s all photo ready.
