I’ve worked in the cleaning industry for 6 years, starting out solo, doing the jobs myself, learning the business properly, and building real hands-on experience along the way. Over time, that experience grew into managing staff, building systems, and understanding what it really takes to run a cleaning business well.
Tidy Hell is a newer brand, but it is built on that real experience — not on theory, and not on a made-up franchise idea. I created it to build something with a stronger identity, a clearer voice, and a model that reflects how I believe a cleaning business should actually run.
Now I’m looking to work with the right people who want to build their own local area under the Tidy Hell brand.
This is not a passive opportunity, and it is not the kind of franchise where you get a pile of equipment and expect the business to run itself. You still need to do the real work, run your area properly, look after customers, and build something solid.
What you do get is the brand, a dedicated regional website, and a proper booking setup through Cleanwich, which is a required part of how the business runs.

Ideal Partner
I’m looking for someone who already knows the cleaning industry and is ready to run their own area properly.
The right person should have:
* At least 2 years of cleaning industry experience
* A good understanding of service quality and customer care
* At least 2 references or reviews
* The ability to manage work locally and keep standards high
* A willingness to use Cleanwich as the required booking system
* The right mindset to grow something long term
This is much better suited to an active owner-operator than someone looking for a hands-off investment.
Training and Support
I’ll help franchise partners get set up properly and understand how the model works, but this is still your business to run day to day.
Support includes:
* Onboarding into the brand and how the model works
* Guidance on launching your area properly
* Access to Cleanwich for bookings and operations
* Help with booking flow and enquiry handling
* Ongoing platform support where needed
What I do not provide is vans, equipment, stock, or a done-for-you operation. You’ll need to handle the actual local setup and service delivery yourself.
Launch Process
The launch process is straightforward and focused on making sure you’re the right fit and ready to run the area properly.
It usually goes like this:
* Initial enquiry or application
* Review of your cleaning experience
* Reference or review check
* Discussion about your area
* Approval of the territory
* Onboarding into the Tidy Hell and Cleanwich setup
* Website and booking flow setup
* Launch
