interior windows and frames, inside kitchen cupboards, all white goods (freezer and separate fridge) and oven, spiders from the ceiling corners, bathroom tiles and shower unit and loo (replaced 2024 so new) are the main jobs. Carpets being replaced so no need to deep clean the carpets in the 2 bedrooms or kitchen. The rest of the lower ground floor flat is tiled.
