I would like to request a full end-of-tenancy cleaning for our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-floor house. The cleaning should include:
Full kitchen cleaning (oven, fridge, cupboards inside/out, surfaces)
Bathrooms (tiles, shower, toilets, sinks, limescale removal)
All rooms (floors, skirting boards, windowsills, furniture surfaces)
Carpet cleaning for all carpeted areas
We need the cleaning to be completed before our check-out on 29 August, ideally on 27 or 28 August.
Could you please:
Provide a detailed quote for the full cleaning including carpets.
Confirm your earliest availability on the requested dates.
Confirm that you can provide an invoice for reimbursement and a Deposit Back Guarantee, as required by our letting agent.
